Job Location: Head Office, HQ

Job Purpose: Perform daily maintenance, monitoring, and support of NMB working tools at Head Office and branches. Ensure quality assurance of work done by suppliers and service delivery to meet business and customer expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, CCTV gadgets, ATMs, POS terminals, etc.
- Supervise vendors on-site during maintenance work.
- Ensure security controls on all PCs and laptops.
- Update the Asset Management database and manage the life cycle of branch working tools.
- Troubleshoot and provide basic IT training.
Qualifications:
