ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Quotation Mgt & Allocation
Filtering all incoming requests on quote me; ensuring someone is responsible for each quotation and that every quote is turned around in 24 hours (KPI)
Administrative lead for the quote calculator.
Owning addition of any rates / trips
Reconciling with finance to ensure that GP/Day figures in quote calculator are accurate
Working with Lead to request further development on quote calculator as required
Control of Streak
Ensure Streak is always clean – ie no double entries / blank files
Pushing KAMs for rating 4 & 5 start clients correctly
Reporting weekly interactions on Streak

Research & Tenders
Researching prospective and current projects in our operating regions

Information Gathering
Monitoring subscriptions to Mining IQ and the likes
Monitoring tender opportunities via websites, newspapers and other materials
Gathering intel from Alistair Group employees on;-

Potential projects
Add leads to Streak
Make first contact
Add Alistair Group to the supplier list
Handing over leads to relevant KAM
Tenders
Assist in formulation and presentation of tender strategy with BD Lead for agreement.
Create tender action plan and team.
Provide template and then project manage tender process.
Ownership and development of tender master
Representing Company at relevant local networking events, attending client meetings as required

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in related field.
At least 1 year relevant work experience.
International exposure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivation, leadership and innovation.
Excellent written English
