Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Core Responsibilities:
- Implement sales and marketing strategies effectively.
- Attend to customer requirements at points of sale and distributors.
- Provide training and coaching to sales teams.
- Review and analyze weekly sales data of areas and assigned distributors by region.
- Drive adoption of promotional strategies for channels.
- Coordinate monthly sales review sessions.
- Support MFS initiatives within the territory.
- Contribute to the execution of branding campaigns.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective and persuasive negotiations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
