Job Purpose
The Pre-Sales & Solution Architect will be critical in providing technical consultancy and support during the Pre-Sales process. This includes identifying customers’ technical and business requirements, designing tailored solutions, consulting with technical partners, and supporting business sales teams in proposals, tenders (RFQs), and product demonstrations.

Key Accountabilities
1. Pre-Sales
- Provide technical solutions and designs for new and existing corporate customers.
- Collaborate with implementation/project teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery.
- Ensure end-to-end engagement from Pre-Sales to delivery.
2. Managing Sales Process
- Actively drive and manage the Pre-Sales process with direct customers.
- Articulate the company’s technology and product portfolio to business and technical audiences.
- Adhere to product, solution quality, and business processes.
3. SLA Management
- Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to deliver effective and efficient network availability and KPIs.
- Collaborate with other departments on PCN and IP network services to meet company goals.
4. Sales Management
- Qualify and validate technical sales strategies to drive revenue.
- Provide accurate business and resource forecasting.
- Deliver timely activity reports, bid reviews, and project forecasts.
5. Process Management
- Drive end-to-end process documentation, implementation, and compliance for seamless operations between the company and corporate customers.
6. Work Order Management
- Ensure changes to the network, including integration of new nodes and elements, are well-managed and documented to minimize disruptions.
7. Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Planning (BCM/DRP)
- Align operational activities with the company’s solution delivery policies and sales strategies.
- Address customer requirements through a deep understanding of industry trends and business needs.

- Education:
- University Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Advanced Diploma in Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Skills:
- Relevant sales and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of mobile telecommunications network architectures and technologies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Telecommunications/IT Operations Management (Telecom/IT Products and Solutions).
- Knowledge of Project Management.
- Experience in an IP environment, including dynamic routing protocols like EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
