(46.5Km), including Ndembo-Isoko Spur road (5.914KM). TANROADS intends
to recruit qualified and competent staff for specified contracts on the
aforementioned projects in the following fields.

- Diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent qualifications from recognized institutions.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain an office diary.
- Prepare correspondence and reports.
- Facilitate site meetings and attend visitors.
- Handle office phone calls.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Successful applicants must be ready to work for considerable lengths of time in Songwe Region where projects are located.

Accounts Officer II
Entry Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, Commerce, or Business
- Administration, with a major in Accountancy or Finance from a recognized institution.
- Alternatively, an Intermediate Certificate (Module D) from NBAA or other qualifications recognized by NBAA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial budgets and collect income.
- Prepare payments, financial reports, and record financial transactions.
- Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register.
- Undertake annual stock-taking.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Successful applicants must be ready to work for considerable lengths of time in Songwe Region where projects are located.

Entry Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications
from a recognized institution. Must be registered with ERB as a
Professional Engineer with a current practicing license.
A postgraduate qualification in Bridge/Structural Engineering is an added advantage.
At least 7 years of cumulative working experience in related supervision and/or design of construction of bridges/structures.
Fluency in written and spoken Swahili and English is mandatory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review structural drawings and reports for conformity to standards and specifications.
Inspect and approve construction materials for compliance with technical specifications.
Keep records of reports, diaries, correspondences, instructions to
contractors, and any other matters related to drainage structures.
Approve measured quantities of drainage works.
Prepare and submit mini progress reports.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
