Our vision is to bring together members from a range of sectors and nationalities and to be known as a Chamber of Choice for quality networking and adding value to its members and community at large. The initiative to form The Switzerland Tanzania Chamber of Commerce in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania was taken by HE Didier Chassot, Ambassador of Switzerland to Tanzania and was supported by 7 Founding Members: Oryx Gas Tanzania Limited, MSC – Mediterranean Shipping Company (Tanzania) l Limited, SICPA Tanzania Limited, Forestry Holding AG, Shikana Investment and Advisory Group, and DUKU Telecoms Electronics Company Limited and Mbeya Cement Company Limited (Lafarge Holcim). The Chamber strives to promote and maintain extensive contact with organisations in both Switzerland and Tanzania involved in trade or business relations between the two countries.
