Trade Finance Manager at Amana Bank
We are currently seeking for Trade Finance Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
– Create a suitable structure for the trade finance products, process and procedures including an end-to-end process flow.
Recommended:
– Liaise with all trade finance stakeholders to ensure that the Bank’s interests are properly represented and safeguarded.
– Develop Service Level Agreement between trade finance unit and
various stakeholders with the aim of improving service and business
efficiency.
– Actively disseminate Trade Finance capabilities through business interaction (clients and staff).
– Identify and negotiate business opportunities with clients and
develop overall strategies for business development in order to increase
market share.
– Prepare and implement a training program for relevant bank units.
– Flag any risks identified in relation to KYC/AML or provision of solutions to clients.

– Ability to balance opposing business requirements.

Qualifications and Experience required:

– Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any other related field.
– 5 years of relevant work experience. Reports to: Head of Business
