According to Dr. Bill Kiwia, Executive Director of HESLB, all students who filed for loans for the year 2024–2025 can obtain comprehensive information on their loans via the Student’s Individual Permanent Account, or “SIPA,” accounts they used to apply for loans.

“We have begun disbursing loan information to all groups today; some have already been assigned loans, while others are still completing their applications.

You don’t need to visit the HESLB offices to obtain your information; all applicants receive it on the same account they used to apply for the loan,” Dr. Kiwia stated. She also mentioned that loan planning is still going on for diploma and PhD candidates.

According to Dr. Kiwia, HESLB has begun processing loan payments for both new and current recipients, with the goal being to guarantee that money reaches the universities on schedule.
