Four Seasons Serengeti is currently seeking a highly competent and motivated individual to join our team as the Revenue Analyst. This is a key position responsible for overseeing all revenue analysis t our luxury safari lodge. The position is based at the Arusha Logistic Office.
This role focuses on maximizing occupancy and revenue by managing room rates and availability, coordinating with sales and marketing, and implementing revenue management strategies. It involves operating Property Management Systems, analyzing key reports, and developing rate strategies. The role also requires maintaining strong employee relationships, upholding professionalism, and participating in meetings. Compliance with Four Seasons standards and readiness to respond to emergencies are essential.
- The key responsibilities and expectations for a Revenue Management professional in a hospitality setting, specifically within a Four Seasons property. The role involves maximizing occupancy and revenue by managing room rates and availability according to established guidelines. This includes coordinating with the Director of Sales and Marketing, managing group inventory, and implementing revenue management policies.
- The individual must operate and manage Property Management Systems (PMS) and Delphi Marketing Management Systems, while also producing and analyzing various reports to inform decision-making. These reports include forecasts, market segment analysis, booking patterns, and more, which are used to recommend and implement strategies to optimize revenue.
- In addition, the role requires the management of rate strategies, incentive plans, and front desk programs to enhance revenue. Maintaining strong relationships with employees, upholding professionalism and integrity, and participating in various meetings and conferences are also essential. The individual must be prepared to respond to emergencies according to the crisis management plan and comply with Four Seasons’ standards and work rules.
