EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION Bachelor of science in chemistry from reputed university.
Recommended:
EXPERIENCE
Fresher or Required 1-year process experience
in RO and DM plant operation as well as
analytical experience in boiler water & main
steam & steam condensate samples
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
1. Knowledge based in chemicals especially Chemistry.
2. Excellent computational knowledge
3. Self-Organized
4. Planning and Time management
5. Good communication
6. Training of Personnel
7. Strong laboratory Analytical skill
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Safe operation of water treatment plant as MGF,
Softener, UF, RO and DM plant
2. Follow standard operating procedure during plant
operation
3. Maintenance of all equipment’s
4. Monitoring of chemical and water levels in all
treatment areas
5. Monitoring pump oil level, noise and pressure.
6. Maintain DM tank and cooling tower water level
7. Maintain all chemical dosing tank level (UF, RO, DM,
LP, HP)with specified dosage quantity
8. Record all operation, water generation and
consumption in log sheet
9. Operation, back wash, regeneration and chemical
cleaning of plant

11. Mutual coordination with chemist for safe and
smooth operation
12. In absence of operator, involving in plant operation
