5+ years of experience in sales operations, and project management

- Develop and maintain acquisition strategy and acquisition channel and commission policies to ensure alignment with company strategy in delivering desired value and ensure end-to-end management of acquisition channels.

- Operational Management – experience with management of large teams achieving deadlines
