- To bring new businesses ( government tenders ,importers ,projects and any other related businesses)
- Maintaining records(documentation)
- To Follow up orders , payments, and delivery without delay
- Managing daily office operations
- Writing office reports on sales plans, marketing plans and any other business report etc
- To work with shipping and ports stakeholders for clearing and forwarding issues
Skills
- to read, open and close tenders
- Strong ability to Negotiation and influence
- Proposal writing -Competent marketing skills
- Good presentation skills
- Procurement experience
- writing, reading and speaking English language
- should have experience with tendering and tender sites
- should have certificate of attending Procurement seminars
