YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: STOCK CONTROLLER.
- Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual
- Approve or reject
- Conduct risk
- Evaluate and decide on investments.
- Supervise a team of Accountants.
- Allocate resources and manage cash
- Conduct profit and cost
- Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information related with
- Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial
- Consult Directors & Chief executive officer about funding options.
- Recommend cost-reducing solutions.
- Participate on purchasing of raw materials for production
- And any other duties assigned by management

PURPOSE: Stock controllers maintain companies’ stock inventories to meet business requirements. They maintain purchase and pricing reports, replenish stock levels, and oversee shipments and internal stock.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of three years ‘experience as a stock controller in a similar industry.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Extensive experience in supply chain data analysis.
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Superb negotiation, collaboration, and communication abilities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: STOCK CONTROLLER
- Coordinating stock control operations with warehouse staff, as well as the Operation and finance departments.
- Analyzing supply chain data to ensure the un interrupted availability of stock.
- Fore casting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS).
- Evaluating vendors and suppliers ‘offer sand negotiating profitable purchase prices.
- Placing and receiving order store replenish stocks a needed.
- Tracking shipments and coordinating internal stock transfers, as well as resolving delays.
- Overseeing stock storage processes, including tagging, boxing, and labeling.
- Maintaining a steady flow of stock from storage to where it is needed.
- Performing regular inventory audits and keeping stock purchasing within budget.
- Maintaining and updating daily shipment records, as well as purchase sand pricing reports.
WORK CONDITIONS
The work is conducted in plant environment which presents limited exposure to job- related hazards.
Our Office for stock controller officer will be at Dar es Salaam, Madale.
