CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
Wananchi Cable Tanzania Limited (WCTL) is part of the Wananchi Group and one of East Africa’s leading broadband Internet service providers.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will work independently to provide professional and focused l customer service both internally and externally. He/she will t be reporting to CE Team Leader
Key Roles:
o Handling inbound and out bound customer interaction
o Educate customers on competitive pricing and product information
o Provide exceptional customer care across all call types including escalation, technical support and billing
o Responsible for skillfully retaining customer through positive relationship
o Identify reason(s) for disconnected and overcome objections in an effort to retain the customer
o Customer Life cycle management

Qualifications:
·Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in: Business administration, CT and Public relations
2 years Experience in retention/Churn team in Telecom/ICT Customer Life cycle management
CS certification
