- Making and delivering purchases while following rules of purchases and delivery.
- Collection of office deliveries from suppliers
Recommended:
- Transferring and collecting assets to and from pick-points
- Office equipment maintenance
- Registration of motor vehicles to respective authorities and maintenance
- Reporting and informing of any missing company assets to respective authorities.
- Monitoring the functioning of the company generator.
- Record keeping for company assets.
- Ensuring payments of company post office box, electricity bills and safe-keeping post office box key.
