  2. Making and delivering purchases while following rules of purchases and delivery.
  3. Collection of office deliveries from suppliers

Recommended:

  1.   Transferring and collecting assets to and from pick-points
  2.  Office equipment maintenance
  3.   Registration of motor vehicles to respective authorities and maintenance
  4. Reporting and informing of any missing company assets to respective authorities.
  5. Monitoring the functioning of the company generator.
  6.  Record keeping for company assets.
  7.  Ensuring payments of company post office box, electricity bills and safe-keeping post office box key.
