Job Description
- Oversee the daily tracking of vehicles for the entire MeTL Group;
- Ensure that all tracking information is accurate and up-to-date;
- Resolve any issues in a timely manner;
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time loading and offloading, breakdown recoveries, and trip turnover (completed trips per given period);
- Collaborate with other departments to improve tracking processes and procedures;
- Providing regular reports to management on tracking performance.
- Accessing the Tracking System platform and identifying trucks that will pass through or offload and/or load in their area. (Geo-fencing to be utilized for streamlining the tracking per area);
- Liaising with Operations Managers/Supervisors regarding truck movement and agreed on TATs;
- Physically visiting the trucks and inspecting trucks for any deviations that require immediate attention and report also the other deviations which are not an emergency so that they can be diarised for resolution;
- Liaising with workshop teams regarding any breakdowns and coordinating the recovery to ensure the downtime is kept to a minimum at minimum costs;
- Checking cargo and reporting any unauthorized cargo;
- Collecting documents and sending them to respective offices in a timely manner;
- Report any deviations in a timely manner, including any road or traffic situation that impacts TAT, and follow up for resolutions;
- Reporting any malfunctioning tracking devices immediately to the tracking support team and follow-up for resolution;
- Attend to accidents in the area of operation and help find quick solutions;
- Attend to any driver issues;
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and transport companies for swift services;
- Prepare daily reports on truck movement in the area;
- Any other duties assigned by the management.

Thereby in partnership with Damu Salaama, our employees persevere to donate blood and it deepened their awareness on different blood types, their compatibility and their own blood group type.35 pints of blood were collected for the benefit of the society.
- Free Toolkit Distribution to Mechanics in Rural Area – As a part of its CSR Activity MeTL Bajaj distributed Special tools to the local mechanics for free of cost.
- Health Check-up Camps – MeTL Bajaj organizes Heath Checkup camps for the riders and family members during their service camps in an attempt to support and promote healthy living.
- National Mechanics Training Program – Training was conducted for Mechanics to train how to repair Bajaj 2&3-wheelers requires more practical knowledge. While giving training we are concentrating on the session so that they know how to communicate the skill to mechanics for whoever participating in the session. This training helps them to quickly identify the problems and improve their efficiency.
- Internship Programs – MeTL Bajaj provides internship opportunities to young students who are in their first and second years at a college or university. The internship typically lasts for 12 weeks and the students are put under a mentor. To meet their daily expenses, MeTL Bajaj provides a stipend and lunch. Additionally, MeTL Bajaj also, collaborates with different Organization or Institutions for Apprenticeship. Job Description
- Maintain a department organizational structure sufficient to meet all goals and objectives
- Properly motivate the credit, marketing, and collections staff
- Measure department performance with appropriate metrics/performance system
- Provide ongoing training for the credit and marketing staff
- Manage relations with collection, insurance, and sales teams
- Monitor deductions being taken by customers

- Monitor GPS reports
- Develop/implement standard written credit policy or document related to the department set up
- Interface with sales organizations/dealers to communicate credit decisions and ensure timely review of the loan portfolio

- Plan and organize activities of marketing and credit reviews are completed timely/accurately
- Initiate process improvement and quality reviews to simplify and improve productivity
