Job Description
- Daily coordination & allocation of local trucks.
- Daily coordination with soap dispatch and oil dispatch for deliveries of local trucks.
- Preparation of local truck daily report.
- Maintain the list of all trucks under East Coast Oils and Fats. The truck details as well as their capacity.
- Maintain a record of trips undergone on a monthly basis and ensure that the required target trips are reached.
- Responsible to ensure that fuel ratio is minimized.
- Responsible to monitor drivers in order to minimize traffic fines, and breakdowns.
- Ensure all trucks have a minimum of 2-3 trips per day depending on the destinations.
- Coordination with mechanics for spare part requisition and ensuring that truck spares are available as and when required.
- Highlight the issues of any delays which affect the TAT.
- Manage and ensure that all trucks are in proper moving conditions.
- Any other job as assigned by management.
