Job Title: Office Secretary/Assistant Administrator
Reports to: Office Administrator
Recommended:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes
during meetings
To perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying To write emails, memos and letters
Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems
To manage database entry and client files
To order and maintain supplies
To document financial information
To organize and distribute messages
To make and confirm travel arrangements
To perform any other duties related to as may be assigned time to time by the Office administrator and TMDPWU Secretariat

QUALIFICATIONS
Holder of National Form IV/VI Certificate PLUS Certificate in Secretarial Studies Stage III. Must have Passed shorthand with a certificate in computers with windows, Microsoft office, internet, e-mail and publisher from a recognized institution.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2+years of clerical experience
- Knowledge of specific software programs used within your organization
- Experience in data processing, bookkeeping or other skills you need to have performed
