RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bsc. in Insurance and Risk Management/any
- Manage a Customer Service Point Office in business-related field. Arusha and brand promotion in the Northern Zone area.
- 4years of experience on similar position in the insurance industry.
- Other professional insurance qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Northern Zone insurance business experience will be an added advantage.
Job Location: Arusha
- The position is responsible for the improvement of the general insurance business, customer service delivery, marketing, promotion of the Company’s products in the Northern Zone, and general administration of the CSP Office.
- Develop short-term and long-term plans to ensure customer service point attain the set targets.
- Recruitment of intermediaries like brokers, banks, brokers, and agents, and managing relationship
- Develop strong business relationships with all channel businesses as well as deliver quality service to them and other clients.
- Ensure the company is fully compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular training and provides technical support to intermediaries.
- Servicing all the stakeholders
