North Mara Gold Mine, a fully owned subsidiary of Twiga Minerals Corporation, which is
ultimately owned by Barrick Gold Corporation and the Government of the United Republic
of Tanzania requests the submission of Tenders from reputable, experienced, certified,and qualified parties to provide the following:

Expression of interest

your company meets the pre-qualification criteria and would like to be
considered to receive the invitation to tender (ITT), an expression of
interest (EOI) including your company profile and evidence of compliance
with pre-qualification criteria may be submitted to nm.proposal@barrick.com
Applicants must quote the tender description(s) and the respective reference no.(s) in the subject line of the email.
NB: The Company reserves the right to invite any other supplier(s) who did not submit an EOI through this advertisement.

About the Team
The North Mara gold mine is located in north-west Tanzania in the Tarime district of the Mara region. It is around 100 kilometres east of Lake Victoria and 20 kilometres south of the Kenyan border.
North Mara started commercial production in 2002. The mine is a combined open pit and underground operation from two deposits, Gokona (underground) and Nyabirama (open pit). The process plant has the capacity to process an average of 8,000 tonnes of ore per day.
