North Mara Gold Mine Limited is seeking to recruit Several Tanzanians to join North Mara team. The successful candidates for this position will carry out assigned Processing tasks within the guidelines of Company Standard Operating Procedures and Best Practice as well as other assigned tasks within the range of competencies. This is a permanent role.

1. Underground Shift Boss- 2 Posts
2. Jumbo Operators
3. Underground Mechanical Trainers
4. Superitendant Ug Long Term Planning- 1 Post
5. Superitendant Open Cast Mining- 1 POST
