EXPERIENCE:2 YEARS AND ABOVE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.Lead a number of table games, including blackjack, craps, keno, poker,roulette and others while assisting customers with game related needs.
Recommended:
2.Distributecards, dice, chips and other equipment to patrons according to the table game and monitor returned equipment for any tampering.
3.Provide information about the rules of the game and observe players for appropriate activity while at the table.
4.Interact with floor supervisors to share concerns and information as well as any misconduct or suspicious behavior during the course of game play.
5.Exchange money for chips and collect chips for loosing bets and direct winning patrons to cashier at end of gaming session for payout.
6.Monitor game pace and play while maintaining a positive and fun environment for patrons.
7.Prepare any end of shift reports, bookkeeping and other administrative duties as determined by supervisors and tidy area for next dealer.
8.Attend monthly staff meetings to address issues and maintain quality and brand representation on game floor.
POSITION: RECEPTIONIST
EXPERIENCE:2 YEARS AND ABOVE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.To be the face of the company and look presentable at all times
2.Deal with rotary system accordingly.
3.Compile and collect all documents and to draws every night as well as giveaways, promos etc.
4.Find solutions to customers inquires as well as those of coworkers.
5.Make membership cards for customers.
POSITION: SLOT ATTENDANT
EXPERIENCE:2 YEARS AND ABOVE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.Perform minor maintenance/repairs on slot machines
2.Maintain clear and open communications with customers and managers/supervisors.
3.Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service, through the consistent practice and delivery of customer service to all guests and team members.
4.Demonstrates consistent support of management and company decisions.
5.Leading completion of daily tasks within the department or work unit.
6.Providing professional representation at internal and external meetings and events.
7.Perform routine procedures with slot machine printers, bill validators, adding/removing paper and performing minor repairs.
8.Monitors the operation of assigned slot machines and participates in payout of manual jackpot payouts, etc,in a legible manner, assists customers on a timely basis with requests for change.
9.Maintain secure key controls at all times.
10.Perform minor machine maintenance and reset machines with keys.
11.Perform any other activities as instructed by your supervisor.
