II. CONTEXT  
The Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) is IOM’s information management tool to track and monitor population mobility. It is designed to regularly capture, process, analyze and disseminate various layers of information on the mobility, vulnerability, and needs of displaced and mobile populations that enables decision-makers and responders to provide these populations with better context-specific assistance. IOM Tanzania, working with the Office of the Chief Government Statistician (OCGS) of Zanzibar, plans to implement DTM in Zanzibar under the Covid-19 Preparedness and Response in Southern and Horn of Africa regional project.

III. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
 Under the direct supervision of the DTM Senior Enumerator, and in coordination with the Programme Assistant in Zanzibar, and the overall supervision of the DTM Coordinator in Dar es Salaam, the Enumerator(s) will be responsible for the following activities:
1.       Collect information from respondants according to the DTM methodology and tools for the components implemented in country;
2.       Regularly ensure that data submitted is accurate and that it is collected according to IOM’s
data protection principles;
3.       Contribute to improving data collection by providing feedback on the implementation of
the tools and the local context.
4.       If necessary, collect GPS points of locations.
5.       Be responsible for any equipment provided by the organization for the implementation of
the exercise;
6.       Report daily and proactively on the activities conducted and the realities/issues encountered to the DTM senior enumerator and also make the relevant recommendations.
7.       Respect IOM’s Data Protection Principles and Code of Conduct.
8. Perform other duties as might be assigned.

•       Familiarity with mobile data collection technologies and GPS an advantage
V. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE  
 •       Minimum of a diploma and a minimum of 2 years of experience in data collection
•       Experience in conducting surveys and assessments in natural disaster situations
•       Experience with International Organizations, INGOs, is an advantage
•       Knowledge of data collection in humanitarian settings appreciated
•       Must be a resident of the flow monitoring points to be identified
VI. LANGUAGES
Required
 •      Fluency in Swahili and English

II. ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT AND SCOPE
Under the overall supervision of the Resource Management Officer (RMO) in Kasulu, and the direct supervision of the Project Assistant in Kibondo satellite office, the incumbent’s responsibilities include:

1.    General office cleaning, including wiping floors and windows.2.    Cleaning of IOM equipment and furniture such as computers, telephone heads and desks
3.    Replenishing sanitary items as deemed necessary
4.    Cleaning of toilets in the IOM premises
5.    Ensuring that all bins are emptied regularly
6.    Attending to curtains in the IOM premises as required
7.    Polishing the floors
8.    Ensuring that all outside environment are clean, other related duties required.
9.    Any other duties as may be assigned.

II. CONTEXT  
The Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) is IOM’s information management tool to track and monitor population mobility. III. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
 In coordination with the Programme Assistant in Zanzibar, and under the direct supervision of the DTM project coordinator in Dar es Salaam, the DTM Senior Enumerator will be responsible for the following activities, according to the procedures and training provided by IOM:
1.       Assist in planning and leading all DTM activities in the targeted districts in close collaboration with the DTM Coordinator, partners, and local governmental entities.
2.       Supervise and evaluate the enumerators under his/her responsibilities.
3.       Ensure the regular data/information flow as per IOM procedures and regularly verify accuracy of data.
4.       Compile and ensure data are collected and transferred in due time to the DTM Coordinator, following up with the DTM coordinator and the enumerators for any data quality issue.
5.       Report regularly on all DTM activities in Zanzibar to the DTM Coordinator and the Programme Assistant in Zanzibar and make relevant recommendations/advice to ensure the information collected is useful and relevant to all stakeholders.
6.       Participate in the revision of the tools/methodologies and training of the team leaders and
enumerators.
7.       Respect IOM’s Data Protection Principles and IOM Code of Conduct.8.       Perform other duties as they might be assigned.

relevant field
•       Experience in data collection and information management, preferably in natural disaster situations
•       Minimum one year of experience in managing teams in the field
•       Experience with International Organizations, INGO an advantage
•       Knowledge of data collection in humanitarian settings appreciated
