Our Client: A large FMCG group is looking to hire a Business Development Manager.

Your Role: Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network and
route to market to ensure timely deliveries and a high level of customer
service. Achieve or exceed the sales volume and revenue target as
defined in the business plan. Monitor the sales budget to ensure the
optimum allocation of resources to different categories of the business
unit. Establish Sales objective by creating a sales plan and quota in
support of business unit objectives. Coordinate with the Marketing team
to analyze the impact of promotional activities to increase visibility
and submit the report to the GM for assessment and evaluation. Conduct
regular market visits to check route coverage and availability of
company products in the market, track competitor’s activities &
visibility.Must Have: Bachelors Degree in Business Management or Marketing, preferably an MBA. 5-10 years of experience in Sales with an FMCG direct distribution channel. Excellent Sales record. Sounds business and financial acumen. Ability to build relationships with excellent analytical skills. Presentation, negotiation and leadership skills.
