Provide first level support on all IT user queries on Office Applications, Infrastructure, network and logical access.
To troubleshooting system issues and monitoring of IT systems.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide first line end-user support to our internal and external clients in a timely manner for both
hardware and software issues.
Manage service tickets from inception to resolution; providing timely and accurate updates in our service management tool.
Process IT Service requests according to pre-defined procedures for known issues.
Escalate incidents to appropriate subject matter experts (both internal and external).
Ensure effective use of time management and organizational skills to balance workload and
priorities.
Troubleshoot application and desktop level technologies, with a focus on Microsoft desktop O/S and Office products.

Document all work and creates operational reference documents in our defined libraries for new resolution workflows.
Provides excellent customer service by being professional, helpful and patient.
Ensure timely preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
Maintain a log of all system pro-active monitoring tools readings.
Execute the duties of the IT Systems Administrator in the event of his absence.
Prepare and distribute Monthly report on application availability and incident closure status.

operations environment required.

Remote Desktop support
Azure AD Active Directory Management
Antivirus and Patch management.
Advanced printer / peripheral device troubleshooting.
TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
Backup management
Cloud Computing
Remote support for handheld smartphones and tablets
