Main Responsibilities
- Review and validate internal customer/business requirements in order to create High-Level and Low-Level Network Designs that meets and exceeds the requirements.
- Develop, Implement, and maintain policies, procedures, processes, standards, and guidelines for branch network resource administration and appropriate use
- Manage and ensure optimal operation of all branch network hardware and equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, etc.) for the LAN, WAN, Internet and Business partners connections.
- Conduct research and propose appropriate recommendations on branch network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network service continuous improvements.
- Provide periodic capacity & forecast planning statistics and periodic reports to aid in management decisions.
- Consult with the management and design access policy for the acceptable use of the networks which apply to everyone
- Prepare and maintain spare part lists, monitor inventory and ensure that all the critical parts for Network Infrastructure systems is always available for fault repair and emergency requirements for respective zones/branches/HQ Networks.
- Prepare and maintain entire bank’s WAN/LAN Infrastructure documentation, and update it regularly to accommodate any change for both Active & Passive Networks.
- Enhance approaches and technical methods used by Networks team/NOC/Field Support for Branch Network support and troubleshooting techniques to ensure smooth branch business operations.
- Review and Support NMB WAN/LAN Networks for enhancement of the existing Network infrastructure through periodic upgrades (hardware & software).
- Administer network systems related to NMB branch LAN, WAN, Business partners and Internet to ensure optimized performance and quality in a secure manner.
- Responsible for data network infrastructure design (physical and virtual) for ensuring cost effective and efficiency of the networking systems
- Planning, Development, Implementation and supervision of major WAN and LAN projects that requires Network service.
- Administer network monitoring applications to ensure the network infrastructure deliver the intended services efficiently and provide daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly reports
- Work with Network Service Providers & Suppliers to ensure branch and business partners integrations to NMB networks are done in an effective manner and completed within agreed timelines
- Supplier Service Contract review and SLA enforcement Management as well as bills validation and reconciliation for better cost-effective management.
- Review and advice management on different initiatives to improve Network infrastructure and operation Excellency in an effective approach to benefits both internal and external customers.

- Strong knowledge of Network Data & Voice technologies (SIP, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, QoS, FlexVPN, DMVPN, route redistribution, loop prevention, etc.)
- Strong planning and organizing; Leadership and time management skills

Position: Senior Specialist; Insurance Claim
Job Purpose
To manage all claim payments and attend the customer complaints as per agreed timelines for both general and life insurance products, and ensure the Bank is covered at all times with the risk arising from collateral.

Main Responsibilities- Responsible for all life and general insurance claims
- Oversee the embedded life and general insurance claim portfolio
- Insurance claim management to ensure all bank assets are recovered within 90 days.
- Responsible for the claim procedures on all insurance products
- Supervise all the claim team provided and manage the relationship with insurers claim teams
- Being proactive to identify claim issues and resolve them timely; Co-ordinate training on claims
- Manage relationships with customers, branch and other stake holders
- Responsible for all the obligation of specified persons as described in the Bancassurance regulations with regards to claims and customer protection
- Responsible for managing all the risks that may arise to the bank from selling general insurance products
- Responsible for development of quicker and safe ways of claim settlement
- Consolidate and prepare monthly reports on claim performance for each insurer
- Reconcile on claims paid against what was claimed in numbers and amount.

Position: Specialist; Enterprise Applications Support
Job Purpose
To ensure implementation, continuous availability and security of Enterprise Applications
Read Also:
- Fully responsible with the implementation, maintenance and administration of the Enterprise Application Systems including but not limited to entire Active Directory (AD) System, Email Systems, HR Management System, ERP, E-learning Systems and internal developed systems.
- Serve as an escalation point for Enterprise Applications and provide L2 technical support and resolution of all incidents and issues raised.
- Conduct proactive monitoring and maintenance of all Enterprise Applications to timely identify system problems and implement remedial measures.
- Implement system upgrades of all Enterprise Applications to the latest supported and required versions by the bank.
- Manage all technical projects carried out within the Enterprise Applications Unit, by establishing requirements, developing designs, manage project plans and costs, coordinate and implement installations.
- Oversee all vendors in implementing various projects within Enterprise Applications as well as resolving complex system problems.
- Fully ensure maximum return on investment on all Enterprise Applications by ensuring all licenses and features are understood by users and fully utilized
- Oversee capacity planning, optimization, and reporting of all resources including system resources and licenses for all Enterprise Applications.
- Continuously identify opportunities to innovate and develop automation aimed at improving Enterprise Application systems and processes.
- Provide assurance to the business of availability of all critical Enterprise Applications by establishing and maintaining up-to-date DR systems ready to support the business when required.
- Ensure continuity of support and management of Enterprise Applications by developing comprehensive documentation of all Enterprise Application including but not limited to Configurations and Architecture Diagrams.
- With the help and support of cybersecurity unit, to ensure the security of all Enterprise Applications by implementing the required patches, security controls and secure configurations of the Enterprise Applications.
