Job description– Position the company brand- Hilti Tanzania (Power Tools Limited) as a company that provides
quality products and service.
– To sell basic tool portfolio with competitive pricing – door to door and provide with delivery
within given area [Mwanza x 3, DSM X 1]
– Provide with daily customer visit data to the team leader.
Read Also:
– Minimum of Form 4 education
– Previous sales experience of at least 2 years (Construction products highly encouraged)
– The candidate must have a good knowledge of the roads and localities within [Mwanza, DSM]
– Must be able to ride a motorbike with valid license
– Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

– Transport for official duties will be provided – Motorbike.

– Manage a team of sales people who are on motorbike selling the company’s portfolio to ensure they meet their defined sales target.
– Rides with the team on a daily basis to coach them on sales techniques, closing and collections.
– Maintain the disciplined sales execution within the team by following up on individual team member on a daily basis on the number of customers visited, the quotations given and the sales done.
– Motivate and inspire the team to achieve results with a winning mentality.
– Previous experience of leading sales team required.
– The candidate must have a good knowledge of the roads and localities
– Must be able to drive a motorbike with valid license
– Excellent communication skills – written and verbal both in English and Swahili
