WASSHA
Incorporation; provide the rental device and charging service using
clean energy. Our mission is to provide power to the people through
Kiosks; WASSHA provides a whole new experience for people in off-grid
areas with affordable, accessible and safe electricity. WASSHA agents
provide the rental and charging services to end user. We use the
environment friendly energy and agents don't need to prepare initial
investment to get enough power as we lease every device. We are looking
for a Hardware Engineer who will be responsible for supporting our
customers in all aspects of software, IT and networking, conduct
training and support necessary to allow our software sales
representative to be extremely successful and database management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Prepare, engineer and deliver software product demonstrations
and explain proposed engineering solutions through webinars, open-houses
and trade shows.
· Supporting our customers in all aspects of software, IT and networking and database management.
·
Coordinate sales and support activities with the appropriate
internal resources focusing on current customers and potential
customers.
·
Provide after-sales support to the customer to when necessary,
to identify inefficiencies and to ensure successful use of our products
and solutions to improve outcomes.
· Communication, coordination and occasional interaction with our other international business units.
· Conduct electrical safety checks on equipment and repairing.
· Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
·
Development of appropriate test hardware and procedures, both
informal and formal, to prove the correct operation of hardware.
· Provide support for the hardware and manage component obsolescence throughout its lifecycle.
·
Communicate with staff, customers or clients through a series
of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up
systems or resolve issues.
· Replacing parts and provides hardware electronic engineering support as required.
· Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
· Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
· Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
· Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
· Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
· Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers.

- Degree qualified in Electrical and electronic Engineering or related programs.
- Proven work experiences as a Team Leader/Supervisor with minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Leadership skill and experiences in work environments.
- Experiences to train and educate team members under you.
- Ability to write comprehensive technical design documentation.
- Ability to effectively research and solve complex technical issues.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, Innovative thinker and problem solver.
- Ability to work individually with multitasking and in a team.
