Main Responsibilities- Responsible in all Trade Products operational aspects such as LCs, Trade Loans, Guarantees, Documentary Collections, Bills Discounting and Invoice Financing.
- Responsible in processing and handling all incoming documents, such as Letters Of Credit, Guarantees, Documentary Collection, Invoice Financing, Post Import Loans, and other LCs Drawings.
- Responsible in the resolution of corporate customers’ queries and concerns, as well as liaising with Trade Sales Team/Business Team to deliver a superior client experience.
- Responsible in preparing Monthly Schedule 13 and 16 as per Central Bank requirement.
- Responsible in the creation of SWIFT message Types like 100, 200, 400,700 Series accurately and promptly
- Responsible in preparing Daily Contingent Liability reporting, Nostro reconciliation reporting, Correspondent Bank Limits relating to Trade Finance reporting, Client Facility Utilization reporting and Cash Collateral status Reporting.
- Responsible in ensuring that all transactions are processed and settled in a timely basis
- Responsible in monitoring all Incoming Trade instructions received from Branches, DHL, and or other Departments.
- Proactively ensure all compliance and risk guidelines are satisfied in each transaction, manage risk through the documentation checking process.
- Responsible in ensuring that all internal procedure requirements are met
- Responding promptly and expertly to Trade inquiries, issues; developing workable solutions, ensuring all related issues are resolved in a timely, accurate and effective manner or escalated to Manager as required.
- Adhere to the agreed KCSA Plans and approach as advised by the Manager.
- Support others and act as a role model and lead by example to assist in creating a motivated team.

- Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Economics or equivalent
- Good understanding of international banking practices UCP 600, URC522, ISP98, URDG758 and URR725.
- Sound knowledge of trade finance operations and documentation.
- Certificate in International Trade and Finance (CITF) or any other Trade related Professional Certification is an Added Advantage.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Trade Finance Operations.
- Experience in dealing with Trade customers will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Trade Products and processes, and adept at navigating through the Trade applications process.
- A Strong understanding of operational risk specifically in Trade Finance Products.
- Leadership experience is an added advantage

Main Responsibilities
- Fully apply knowledge and implement strategic procurement methods for cost efficiency and improving quality of goods and services offered by the Bank;
- Fully ensure value for money is attained through procurement process and negotiations of all engagements in line with policy;
- Maintain high level of integrity and conduct business in an ethical and professional manner;
- Administer contract performance, including delivery, receipt, warranty, damages, insurance and relevant agreed penalties;
- Take complete ownership of the procurement process from sourcing to onboarding suppliers;

- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize procurement needs, solicit inputs and align goals of the Bank and ensure that all approvals are in order;
- Fully develop and maintain positive business relationships with internal team/budget owners and external stakeholders (vendors);
- Communicate and give feedback to users on procurement progress and provide guidance timely when required;
- Assist and guide internal stakeholders in the development of specifications for equipment, materials, and services to be procured
- Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues within the department

Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate, supervise and provide overall accountability for the daily activities of business support for NAS, DAS and SAN storage with respective automations (Orchestration)
- Manages all projects relating to storage including new acquisition and upgrade of existing storage infrastructure.
- Provide and Implement effective strategies to improve availability, performance, scalability and security of Storage infrastructure.
- Maintain and analyze metrics to identify harmful trends, capacity forecasting and planning inputs.
- Design, implement and provide ongoing support of the backup infrastructure.
- Create and maintain backup infrastructure for both bare-metal and virtual machines with the appropriate SAN, network, or local storage configurations, using both OEM and third-party tools on Linux and Windows environments.
- Provision/configure required storage & backup for servers.
- Evaluate, improve, and maintain the information security throughout the storage and backup infrastructure.
- Monitor and correct critical backup issues and create recovery processes for failures and performance bottlenecks and configure alerts for proactive response times.
- Install, configure, test and maintain system management tools, SAN and tape infrastructure and server plugins with the latest hardware and software patch and firmware versions.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability to include verification of the replication of data, fail over copies, redundant data sets
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
- Maintain storage, security, backup and redundancy strategies.
- Develop/write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks, such as monitoring backup storage with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems, and provide 2nd level support.
- Ensure technical documentation exists i.e. policies, processes and procedures for all backup and storage infrastructure.
- Provide real-time reporting of backup storage consumed and utilized resources to include performance metrics for tape and disk space consumption, storage availability, performance and trends. Participate in the design of information and operational support systems, and provide 2nd level support.

- Strong working experience in Virtualization products such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V; Backup products such as Veeam and Storage Products such as Dell EMC Unity Storage.
- Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in English and Swahili.

- At least Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related academic field
- IT professional certifications in ITIL, Certified Datacenter Management Professional (CDCMP), VMware Certified Professional Datacenter Virtualization (VCP-6-DCV), Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE), Specialist Implementation Engineer Dell EMC Unity Solutions (DCS-IE)
- Strong experience in storage and backup management
