Description:
IntraHealth International, Inc. is currently accepting proposals for consultants to strengthen program management and M&E systems and strengthen HIV/AIDS strategic information for performance management. Proposals will be accepted on a rolling basis until 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on September 30, 2019 per the instructions in the Request for Proposals.

Your submission must include a CV and your daily rate.
This is to support a project called ASAP (Accelerating Support to
Advanced Local Partners), a USAID contract to IntraHealth International
Inc. Service providers should be located in Africa to support USAID’s
goal of funding to local prime partners to reach 70%. ASAP is seeking
multiple consultants and would prefer the candidates to speak/read/write
English, French, Swahili and other languages.
Consultants will provide in-site technical assistance through modalities:

- Embedded TA: Embed TA for on-the-job training, progress monitoring, ongoing mentoring and specific tasks. Clear priorities and measurable benchmarks related to knowledge and skills transfer to avoid risk of dependence. Could range from 2-12 months.
- Transitional TA: Consultants who will transition to be local partner staff once funds are available and TA demonstrates competence.
- In-person Training: on Organizational Development, Financial Management, Compliance, Audit Readiness, Grants Management
- Mentoring: In-person and remote mentoring using experiential learning
