Broad Function:
Sales representative is responsible for achieving and meeting agreed annual target on Sales Volume, income generation, coverage and penetration. Personal contact and secures new business accounts/customers.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Graduate degree or its equivalent with at least six (6) months of experience in the sales and distribution preferably FMCG sector. Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach). Having a valid driver’s license

Broad Function:
Documents financial transactions by entering account information. The incumbent is responsible for receiving all sales order and product requests, conducting and developing month end reconciliation reports of all sales and cash deposits.

Position : Business Development Manager
Reports to : Programs Director

Broad Function:
Develop and operationalize a resource mobilization strategy for T-MARC Tanzania. Identify grant and other fund-raising opportunities that are in line with the organizations ‘mandate. Lead the development and packaging of grant proposals and other fund-raising activities. The position is also responsible for the development, maintenance and expansion of partnerships with funders, clients and other strategic collaborators.

Bachelor’s Degree or International Equivalent in Business Administration, Public Health, Social Sciences or Related Field with a minimum five years’ experience developing and implementing successful resource mobilization strategies. Knowledge of Project Management Professional (PMP) is an added advantage.

Broad Function:
Under the directions of Procurement Manager, the Procurement Specialist is responsible for seeking quality services, works or products to meet the needs and goals of the organization and acquire them at acceptable cost. Must thoroughly understand the policy issues and risks associated with procurement (Local & international) process to ensure that they are all covered for the benefit of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Holder of Bachelor of Procurement and supply chain management or equivalent with 5 years working experience. Experience in sourcing both pharmaceuticals, medical devices and equipment will be an added advantage.

Position: Zonal Manager
Reports to: Social Enterprise Director
Location: Mwanza
Broad Function:
This position is responsible for the day-to-day sales activities, develop strategies to achieve annual sales targets, Debt collection and assess the sales & distribution team for continuous improvement, maintaining customer relationships with key stakeholders such as regional distributors, wholesalers and ensuring key deliverables are met.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, MBA is an added advantage. A minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience in sales and distribution preferably FMCG industry and with demonstrable track record of delivering consistently, with a tangible outcome.

Broad Function: This position is accountable for developing and managing the implementation of the Marketing and Brand strategy for the organization. The position covers the full marketing mix; strategic planning, market research and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Holder of bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBAA minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing field and with demonstrable track record of delivering consistently excellent, integrated marketing campaigns with tangible outcomes. Demonstrable experience in marketing and Sales, and building customer loyalty is key.

Position : Business Analyst
Reports to : Social Enterprise Director
Location : Dar es Salaam
Broad Function:
The incumbent is responsible for the design and tracking T-MARC sustainability key performance indicators; business performance analysis, guidance in cost analysis and optimization, macro and micro trend analysis, recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; identification and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports and Excel dashboards, increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools, perform market research, business intelligence and industry benchmarking.

The Finance Director is responsible for the financial management and planning for T-MARC Tanzania. The position oversees all financial Operations of the organization, lead T-MARC overall financial strategy and addressing issues related to sustainability and resources mobilization.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field, CPA/ACCA, and seven years combined experience in finance management. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting, budgeting and fiscal control theory and practices. Budget development skills with multi funding sources and general ledger skills. Experience with U.S. government rules and regulations and experience working in NGO environment is desirable.
