JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and perform the delivery of the counseling services, including individual and group counselling related to HIV, SGBV, nutrition and more areas, and establish follow up plans to ensure clients are fully supported
- Participate in ART Clinic activities including providing counselling before and after clients take HIV test and referring clients to begin ARV treatment
- Perform nursing care for admitted and outpatient clients
- Organize community education and sensitization activities on public health concerns
- Refer patients to other specialists for further assistance, when necessary, in order to propose the best support available

The Community Health Supervisor will supervise the day-to-day implementation of community-based activities of Health Information Teams (HITs) under the leadership of Reproductive Child Health Officer (RCH Officer). He/she will provide technical assistance in planning and implementation of HIT trainings in close consultation with RCH Officer. - Conduct daily and weekly trainings and refreshers on health messaging priorities
