Responsibilities
1. Drive implementation of agreed marketing plans
2. Maintain and publish marketing content according to crop calendars
3. Plans and implements new product launches & campaigns of existing products
4. Maintain Yara’s correct brand identity and representation internally and externally
5. Plan, structure and implement a library of all marketing activities for ease of reference

Coordinate agency support and retain a close relationship while
remaining the point of contact for and management of suppliers
7. Plan and oversee in-house as well as external Company events
8. Track marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing activities
Profile
University degree in Marketing or related field.
A post graduate degree or diploma is an added advantage
Exposure in market research and analysis aa well as events coordination
Fluent in written and spoken English and Swahili languages
Conversant with microsoft office applications
Additional Information
Minimum 4 years of work experience within a Marketing function
High local cultural awareness / adaptability / flexibility
Confident and dynamic personality
Strong creative outlook

Responsibilities
Manage daily operations in the customer service department
Implement strategic plans to improve customer service and company’s revenue.
Build
and maintain relationships with key customers of Yara Tanzania, ensure
customer satisfaction with Yara product and services
Take ownership, actively promote and manage the process of continuous improvement in Customer Service standards
Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards in liaison with the CFO.
Ensure all the Local Purchase Orders (LPO) from customers are aligned with the LPO Legitimate Policy.
Ensure timely submission of the quarterly survey on customer service to the CFO.
Lead, develop and motivate performance of the Customer Service team.
Profile
Bachelors degree in business related studies
A minimum of 5 years of supervisory work experience in a business oriented customer service department
Experince in leading a productive customer service team
Knowledge and skills in microsoft office applications and ERP system applications
