Audit Manager
The Audit Manager is an upper level management position requiring
supervisory skills and should have demonstrated capacity in the
following:
- Conduct contract and business reviews; assess key risks, review management controls, and draft detailed reports.
- Prepare audit report and present it to client management.
- Manage the full scope of the engagement from planning the best course of action to setting the engagement budgets.
- Responsible for the supervision and management of services provided to the client.
- Properly staff the engagement and determine the workload responsibilities. Schedule audits, prepare audit strategy, and set the audit budget.
- Provide guidance and assistance to the audit engagement staff and assist in resolution of audit findings.
- Must possess at least 4 years of audit experience
- Must be professionally qualified (CPA.ACCA) and with proven technical expertise and knowledge of accounting software and various IT processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence.
- Train junior auditors in various accounting and audit matters

An Audit Senior would be a 1st degree holder, CPAs/ACCAs, with at least 3 years audit experience and generally would be responsible for:

An Audit Senior would be a 1st degree holder, CPAs/ACCAs, with at least 3 years audit experience and generally would be responsible for:
- Assist in carrying out quality audit and other assurance services to clients in multiple industries.
- Supervise audit staff.
- Plan and oversee efficient execution of audit assignments.
- Ensure that the work performed and supporting documents meets audit standard requirements
- Ensure that all partner and manager review notes are cleared timely.
- Think strategically about client needs and their key business risks.
- Communicate timely with audit managers on identified audit issues and resolution thereof.
- Achieve team and individual audit budgets and performance objectives.
- Review and monitor audit team members’ work including budget controls and staffing.
- Consolidate and archive audit files.
- Prepare client Management Letters.
- Review Financial Statements prepared by clients.
- Train junior auditors in various accounting and audit matters.
