Vision: To be a reliable and sustainable revolving fund in financing eligible Tanzanian Students for Higher and Tertiary Education.

HESLB: Important Notice to All Loan Applicants 2019/2020

As per HESLB, those who qualify for loans are as follows;

Needy Tanzanian students pursuing higher education in either public or private universities/institutions within Tanzania.
A limited number of needy Tanzanian students pursuing master or doctoral studies in local public or private universities/institutions.
Students overseas under Development Partner scholarships.

Accordingly, all students who have/will have admission at the private universities/institutions within Tanzania and qualify as per the above clauses are strongly advised to utilize such privilege.

Batch One of Loans Allocations for 2019/2020 has been released. To know your status, click ‘Applicant’s Loan Status’ link and enter your Form IV index number you used when applying for loans and password. To view your Loan allocation results click Loan Allocation 2019/2020 on the left side menu. Other batches will be released after completion of verification and admission procedures.
