OVERVIEW
Tanzania Coffee Board, is a Government body established by the Tanzania Coffee Industry Act. No.23 of 2001 and miscellaneous Amendments Act of 2009, on behalf of MBOZI COFFEE CURING COMPANY LIMITED is hereby inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced, dynamic and motivated Tanzania citizens to immediately fill vacant positions currently existing in MBOZI COFFEE CURING COMPANY LIMITED.
Position: INTERNAL AUDITOR (ONE POST)
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Holder of a Degree/ Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from recognized Institutions and a CPA (T) Or equivalent qualifications and registered with NBAA with at least three (3) years proven experience as an auditor in a reputable organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Co-ordination of all auditing activities in the Company.
  • Ensuring timely preparation of work programmers for the audit of the departments and monitoring audit work to ensure efficient execution of work programmers as prepared.
  • Ensuring the preparation and regular review of internal audit work programmers are strictly to at all time.
  • Formulating and recommending short and medium term plans of the internal Audit unit.
  • Keeping the General Manager informed at all times of the progress and problems of the Internal Audit Unit and the whole Company in relation to audit work.
  • Setting and continuously evaluating departments’ performance with the view of maintain ace high standards and keeping the staff morale high.
  • Assessing the degree of adherence to Company’s policies and Regulations by different departments.
  • Managing the set up and on-going development of the Internal Audit Unit.
  • Developing comprehensive Audits programmers of the company with a view to establishing adherence to established systems, procedure and regulations and ensuring their accuracy.
  • Conducting regular audits of all offices to ensure that up to date financial records are kept and that approved management and accountancy procedures are followed.
  • Ensuring that the company’s assets are adequately controlled, safe guarded and insured.
  • Investigating friends or misappropriations committed by staff.
  • Reviewing audit reports with the company’s external auditors.
  • Carrying out systems audit and analysis to ascertain the effectiveness of established policies, procedures and plans and where necessary recommending appropriate improvements.
  • Performing any other duties that may be assigned by the General Manager.
Position: ENGINEER II (ONE POST)
Job Summary
Tanzania Coffee Board, is a Government body established by the Tanzania Coffee Industry Act. No.23 of 2001 and miscellaneous Amendments Act of 2009, on behalf of MBOZI COFFEE CURING COMPANY LIMITED is hereby inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced, dynamic and motivated Tanzania citizens to immediately fill vacant positions currently existing in MBOZI COFFEE CURING COMPANY LIMITED. 
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Holder of a Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering and registered with the Engineers Registration Board of Tanzania with three (3) years working experienced in a reputable organization.
EMPLOYMENT STATUS
The Engineer-II, shall be employed on permanent and pensionable terms  
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for smooth running of the plant and machineries related activities.
Advising the Operations Manager on all operation issues in the company.
Preparing preventive maintenance schedule and section budgets.
Supervising and monitoring maintenance activities for company.
Developing procedures and plans for Minimizing machine downtime for the Company.
Preparing statistics for machine downtime for further scrutiny by the management.
Supervising junior staff on engineering section.
Performing any other duties as may be Assigned by the operations manager.

Position: BUSSINESS AND PROMOTION MANAGER (ONE POST)
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Holder of a Bachelor degree or Advanced Diploma in marketing and promotions, Business Management or related field from a recognized Institution plus at least three (3) years proven working experience in a reputable organization handing marketing and promotions functions. Experience in Coffee business is an added advantage.

EMPLOYMENT STATUS
Business and Promotion Manager shall be employed on three (3) years renewable contract.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Formulating Marketing and promotions strategies in line with the Company’s business strategy.
Formulating policies and procedures for marketing and promotions
Ensuring Company’s Services, products and facilities are marketed effectively so as to retain and expand the company’s market share;
Identifying of markets and Marketing segmentation
Responsible for formulation and implementation of Marketing and promotion strategies
Preparation of short and long term Marketing and promotions programs
Conducting conferences business negotiations
Prepares periodic and times performances reports
Prepare a monthly schedule of external meetings and conferences
Supervising clean coffee buying and export on both domestic and foreign country
Perform any other duties as may be assigned by General Manager  

REMUNERATION
Attractive package as per Company’s salary scale will be offered to successfully Candidate
