Job Description:
Coca-Cola Kwanza Ltd has an exciting opportunity in Manufacturing Department. We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience in Manufacturing for a Process Controller position to be based in Mbeya. The successful candidate will report to the respective Manufacturing Team Leader.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
The Process Controller will be responsible in executing Supply Chain ways to drive Line performance; Identifying and analysing defects by driving autonomous maintenance; Ensuring all machine components are inspected to ensure workmanship standards are maintained; Maximizing yields and with high quality products; Link between machinery and quality characteristics; Carry out improvement actions to extend machines life; Reducing quality defects and start-up losses; Ensuring machine safety and 100% compliance of GMP.
Skills, Experience & Education:
The incumbent should have at least a Degree in Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. Two years practical relevant experience in manufacturing industry preferably with FMCG, analytical and problem solving ability, Good communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate high integrity.
