HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER 1 POST
a) The following are the qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Public Administration or Business administration from a recognized institution.
  • Must be computer Literate
  • Fluent in both English and Kiswahili Language, French language is an added advantage
  • General experience in the field will be an added advantage
b) Duties and Responsibilities
  • To provide leadership for HR strategic planning
  • To organize required training programes and workshops for employees
  • To impart all the organization information to the employees
  • To supervise and verify service processes in personnel administration
  • To supervise and review payroll processes to ensure timely salary deposits of the employees
  • To control and monitor a thorough compliance with the company’s policies
  • To ensure a good flow of communication between all levels of the organization
  • To participate in business meetings and seminars
  • To develop and monitor annual budgets of every department for organizing events, philanthropic giving and employee recognition, to name a few

MECHANICAL ENGINEER 1 POSTS
The following are the qualifications required
  • Must have Degree in Mechanical Engineer from any recognized institution
  • Must have working experience of 3 years
  • Must be registered by ERB as Professional Engineer
  • Must be computer literate and fluent in both English and Kiswahili Languages
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design a project specification with colleagues ,often including those from other engineering disciplines

The following are the qualifications required
  • Must have Degree in Electrical Engineer from any recognized institution
  • Must have working experience of 3 years
  • Must be registered by ERB as Professional Engineer
  • Must be computer literate and fluent in both English and Kiswahili Language
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Evaluate electrical system, product components ,and applications by designing and conducting research programmes
  • Confirms system and components capabilities by designing testing methods and testing properties
  • Develops electrical products by studying customer requirement, research and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.
  • Develop manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for building and assembling electrical components, soliciting observation from operators
  • Assure product quality by designing electrical testing methods, testing finished products and system capabilities
  • Prepares product reports by collecting,analyzing and summarizing information and trends
  • Provide engineering information by answering questions
  • Maintain product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulation
  • Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures requesting repair service.
  • Maintain product data-base by wiring computer programmes entering data
  • Complete projects by training and guiding technicians
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshop -Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

ACCOUNTANT 1 POSTS
Entry Qualifications are as per following
The following Qualification
  • Must have Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or its equivalent from recognised academic institution
  • Must have Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • Must have at least two(2) years working experience in a competitive business environment
  • Must be computer literate
  • Knowledge in accounting information system, experience in inventory accounting.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Record inventories (spare parts)in accounting system
  • Reclassify inventories to match with company chart of accounts
  • Reconcile accounting record against store physical inventories
  • Reconcile accounting record against procurement record
  • Undergo monthly inventories stock taking, reconciliation and valuation
  • Advise Finance manager on provision of obsolete stocks and pass appropriate adjustments
  • Analyze business risks associated with inventory management and proposed remedial actions to financial manager
  • Support Internal and External on inventory accounting
  • Comply with financial regulation and accounting standard in reporting,classifying ,and disclosure of inventory accounting
  • Perform any other duties as be assigned by the supervisor.
*********************  PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLIES OFFICER 2 POSTS
Entry Qualifications
The following are qualifications for aspired candidates:
  • Bachelor Degree in procurement and supplies Management, Logistics Management or equivalent qualification from recognized institutions.
  • Must have a procurement and supplies Professional (CPSP) certificate or its equivalent and have a valid practicing license issued by PSPTB
  • Must have at least three(3) years working experience or two years in similar field in competitive business environment.
  • Computer literate
Duties and Responsibilities
  • To ensure contracts are implemented as per their terms and conditions.
  • To develop appropriate system, procedures and guidelines for the procurement function.
  • To advise on best procurement strategies in collaboration with user department.
  • To evaluate vendor performance and advise accordingly.
  • To maintain an up-to-date filing system on pricing and vendors to ensure immediate and accurate access to information.
  • To prepare bid documents and Tender advertisement.
  • To coordinate preparation of technical specifications statement of requirement and terms of reference.
  • To post Annual procurement Plan information to the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Database.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned from time to time by Supervisor.

MARKETING OFFICER 1 POST
a) The following are qualifications for aspired applicants
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing ‘Business Administration majoring in Marketing or International Trade from a recognized higher learning Institution
  • Must be computer Literate,
  • Fluent in both English and Kiswahili languages, French language is an added advantage
  • General experience in the field will be an added advantage.
b) Duties and Responsibilities
  • Participate in developing strategies for prompting
  • Provide proposal and recommendations on necessary improvements on workflow
  • Collect and analyse market data ,conduct market survey and maintains the intelligence information.
  • Review relevant research and conduct market surveys and maintain the informed and identifying opportunities.
  • Prepare market projections and assess the impacts of marketing efforts
  • Conduct marketing sensitization session to customers and evaluates the effectiveness of the programmed to enhance visibility.
  • Perform any other official duties as assigned from time to time by supervisor
