Main purpose of the job
Recognize potential clients and establish a strong relationship between the customer and
Key Accountabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and other freelancers, both directly and through Technical/Project Managers within the Platform
- Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirement
- Managing loyalty customer
- To build and maintain relationship of the company and customer
- To inform, remind and persuade target customers
- Monitoring daily sales by setting sales target
- To handle all complains and queries faced by customers
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report
Problem solving and planning:
- Deal tactfully with impatient or demanding customers
- Treat all customers equally
- Refer problems falling outside parameters to Line Management for resolution
- Able to take initiative within limits of authority
Experience:
- 2-3 years of service in any reputable organization
- Personal Competencies:
- Good planning skills to meet the agreed target
- Strong networking skills
- Able to communicate and write fluently English and Swahili
- Professional appearance
- Well organized and punctual
- Ability to extract Report
