Your main mission will be to organize and supervise all Food and Beverage areas, in order to achieve the department’s economic,

You will be responsible for ensuring that each food and beverage outlet is managed successfully as an independent profit center.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as F&B Manager at 5* hotels.
• Previous experience F&B operations in similar destinations will be highly valued.
• Degree in hospitality, Tourism or similar
• High level of English.
• Knowledge on Management and Operations of events, bar, restaurants and room service
• Skills: Leadership,

Business Development and Property Manager
However, it is dependent on outside funding and its aim is
to become financially sustainable through the use of its own resources
for income generation. This is the exciting challenge which lies at the
heart of the new Business Development and Property Manager role.
Job Description
The Business Development and Property Manager volunteer will be
responsible for developing extensive property assets into a sustainable
business. S/he will work with VMM’s partner organisation, the Rosmini
Institute of Charity, a not-for-profit organisation, based in rural
areas of Tanzania, where they strive to empower and assist in the
development of communities. RIC is currently providing support to
thousands of people through health centres, schools and community health
programmes.
Reporting to RIC management team, the Business Development and Property Manager volunteer will:
• Provide a lead role in initiating and facilitating for optimum utilisation of RIC’s assets and resources to achieve self-reliance and long term financial sustainability for the organisation’s operations

• Oversee all RIC properties in East Africa in collaboration with local Rosmini centre managers

Position: Manager - Data Centre and Network Facility Operations
Role purpose:

• Provide operations and maintenance leadership through controlling,
managing, auditing, supporting daily Data Centre operations and Network
facilities activities that ensure achievement of highest possible KPI
targets,

the Data Centre such as HVAC, UPS and Generators to fully achieve
Vodacom standards and other required regulations in the country.
• Capacity Management: Drive end-to-end processes and procedures to manage Network infrastructure capacities and capabilities.
• Property Management: Plan and execute maintenance of Network civil infrastructure and physical property,
including management of leases, contracts and statutory/ regulatory
compliance. Management of site acquisition agents to ensure timely
acquisition and preparations of lease agreements for site rollout.
• BCM/DRP: Ensure operational alignment and adherence to the company BCM/DRP policy and strategy.

The Researcher is expected to carry out strategic research projects and
studies as part of a multidisciplinary team of researchers and in line
with REPOA’s research programme and its mandate.
Summary of duties and responsibilities
a. Provide technical inputs and support to the team of researchers in various research programmes and projects;
b. Develop concept notes and research proposals for various research projects;
c. Develop appropriate research design/methodology for various research projects;
d. Prepare expressions of interest and research proposals in response to
restricted or open invitations from third parties in areas relevant to
REPOA’s mandate;
e. Participate in developing training programmes on research
methodologies, policy analysis, and writing skills and mobilize
resources for their implementation
f. Train research assistants, assistant researchers and manage
fieldworks to ensure quality and effective data collection and
processing for various research assignments;
g. Lead and participate in project teams for various research projects
and studies as delegated by the heads of research departments;
h. Participate in selective and strategic policy forums and networking
events, both within the country and outside the country (regional, and
international);
i. Participate in various committees formed by the government of
Tanzania and other development agencies at national,
regional and global
levels as shall be deemed strategic to the institution’s mandate;
j. Provide input to REPOA strategic planning, annual planning, and monitoring of results;
k. Ensure monitoring tools and relevant indicators at project levels are
in place and implemented for purposes of assessing the operational
