Proactive mitigation of security risks to minimize loss and disruptions.

Compile various safety and security reports (5%)

Establishing of root causes for security incidents and ensuring that they are well mitigated to prevent reoccurrence. (5%)

KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
Required Professional Experience
- At least 4 years experience in a proven security field public or private institution
- Experience in humanitarian work is an added value
- Has strong relating and networking skills
- Experience in investigations
- Experience in conducting security risk assessments
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
- Degree in law, military, social science, or any relevant qualification from a recognized institution
- No previous criminal records
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
- Computer literacy
- Report writing
Travel and/or Work Environment Requirement
Refugee camps

Should be physically fit
Language Requirements
Proficient in English and Swahili (Written & Spoken)

They will be carrying out food distribution and other project activities. Effective communication is required so that these staff can be well supported.
