Credit MIS & Governance Officer at Exim
Job Description
To assist in formulation and implementation of credit related MIS
including regulatory reporting, and internal report generation for
management and Board Credit Committee.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Liaise with finance team to ensure accurate and timely submissions of
credit related reports as per prescribed format i.e., DFI’s, BOT etc.
Recommended:
• Provision of daily account monitoring report for all accounts with exclusion of those under NPA management and write-off.
• Liaise with Credit admin for timely updating of security register and
ensure any subsequent changes are reflected in the IFRS 9 computations.
• Preparing monthly and quarterly provision reports, both regulatory and
impairment charges as per IFRS 9 requirements and ensure any shortfall
or surplus been reported promptly to the line Manager.
• Produce periodic regulatory and IFRS provision forecasts taking inputs
from respective units within credit. All reports shall be reviewed by
the line Manager. Timely preparation of Credit MI and Analytics.
Examples but not limited to include.
a. MCC report
b. BCC Report
c. Board paper
d. BOT NPL Management submission
e. Portfolio Quality Report (PQR)
f. Regulatory Provision-BOT
g. Periodic BOT returns
h. Monthly computation of Modification Gain or Loss on restructured facilities
i. Monthly reconciliation of the General Ledger
• including those qualifying for upgradation during the period
• Computation of Gain and Loss n for Restructured Loans for non-performing Loan.
• Attending Internal and External Auditors requirements with implementation of any queries raised during the audit period.
• Ensuring monthly submission of Credit Reference Data (CRD) to CRB as
per BOT regulations before 10th of each month, and timely resolve all
CRD issues raised by customers.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the line manager or management

Job Description
The purpose of this role is to build the Business, Deepen Relationships
and Managing Key and Potential Customers from sales of Liabilities,
Acquisitions, Cash Management, Credit Card and Retail Products to
maximize revenue by achieving sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
Building relationships with a portfolio of customers is assigned to become a first point of contact for their banking needs.
Growth of CASAFD and ASSET of the existing client portfolio as per the
target given, and Acquisitions of new CASA FD and ASSET customers as per
given budget.
To meet the fee income goal through the existing client’s portfolio.
To provide a personalized and committed banking services to the
customers in the portfolio, such as reviews on customers’ accounts and
giving each customer the opportunity to make informed choices on their
everyday banking.
Identification of cross-selling opportunities in the customer portfolio assigned.
Developing and maintaining a sales/queries management database which can
be used for review purposes, analysis of branch performance and
reflection for improvement.
Working with branch managers to anticipate key issues, identifying
useful opportunities, and offering professional expertise/solutions to
all stake holders.
Use referrals from existing clients in the portfolio to open new client accounts.
Have a good understanding of all products/services offered by EXIM to be able to serve the client better.
Prepare Position reports for the Branch Manager

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
University degree in Business Administration or Economics and
relevant professional qualifications in banking, finance, or marketing
Minimum of two years’ relevant working experience in a similar position
Computer literacy and knowledge of new evolving technology systems
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience in a similar position
Ability to assess customer needs and develop products that suit their needs.
Self-confident, ambitious, willing to take on challenges.
High energy level and aggressive
Self-motivated, fast learning with a proven ability to work independently under pressure and high efficiency.
Experience in structured trade finance, syndication and project financing will be an added advantage.
Possess in depth understanding and knowledge of retail banking Products
viz (liabilities, acquisitions, cash management, credit cards, sales
products etc)
Proven sales experience in a client relationship role within retail banking
