Job Responsibilities
Learning Strategy & Planning
-
- Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with BTFL goals.
-
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers.
-
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness.
Training Program Development & Implementation
-
- Design and implement leadership development, technical skills, and soft skills training programs.
-
- Identify and source external training providers when needed.
-
- Utilize various learning methods, including e-learning, workshops, coaching, and blended learning approaches.
Employee Development & Career Growth
-
- Implement mentorship and coaching programs to support career progression.
-
- Work closely with managers to identify high-potential employees and create personalized development plans.
-
- Promote a culture of learning by encouraging self-directed learning initiatives.
Learning Technology & Innovation
-
- Manage and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital learning tools while integrating new learning technologies.
Training Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
-
- Conduct post-training assessments to evaluate the impact of learning programs.

- Collect and analyse feedback to improve training content and delivery.

- Provide regular reports on L&D metrics and Return on Investment (ROI) to senior management.
Compliance & Organizational Development
-
- Ensure training programs comply with legal and industry-specific regulations.

- Support change management initiatives by delivering relevant training sessions.

- Foster a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
Safeguarding
-
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.

- Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
-
- Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Required Qualifications and Experience
-
- Must have a master’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
-
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in Learning & Development or Training.
-
- Experience in designing and implementing L&D programs at a strategic level.
-
- Strong knowledge of learning principles and instructional design.
-
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
-
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
-
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
-
- Familiarity with digital learning trends.
