Position: Assistant Relationship Manager – Transactional Banking (Arusha)
Reports to: Head – Transactional Banking
Location: HEAD OFFICE
Desired candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking and Finance or related fields; a Master’s degree is an additional qualification.
The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in corporate sales and account management.

Job Purpose
To build and maintain relationships across a portfolio of high value clients (Tourism and Hospitality), Corporates by focusing on growing value through achieving challenging sales and stretching income targets and improving customer.
Responsible for overseeing and managing the relationships with Top borrowers ensuring efficient management of inflows and payments.
Duties
Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets that will contribute to revenue
and liability growth.
Monitor and report key client accounts, sales performance and business development
activities.
Assist in maintaining and deepening relationships with corporate clients, focusing on
Transactional Banking products and services.
Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day transactional queries and service requests
from clients,
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or line manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree accounting, Business Administration, Banking and Finance or related
fields. A Master’s degree is an additional qualification.
Strong understanding of banking products, loan covenants and financial
risk management. General Knowledge of operating systems/banking products
and customer service delivery
systems will be an added advantage
Personal Attributes
Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with and manage customer expectations
(internal and external), and other stakeholders who impact performance.
Self-empowerment to enable open communication, teamwork needed to a customer-service

The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in banking or financial institutions.
Job Purpose
To oversee and manage the relationships with Top borrowers ensuring efficient management of inflows and payments. Ensuring all financial transactions such as deposits and transfers are processed through the bank thus ensuring the loan covenants are met.
Duties
Develop and maintain strong relationshipwith Top Borrowers, serving as the primary point of contact for transactional banking services. Understand the specific needs of each borrower and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Monitor and oversee the processing of inflows and payments ensuring that all transactions
are routed through the bank,
Ensure transactional activities are in line with the borrower’s loan
agreement and financial covenants. Collaborate with Corporate RM’s to
ensure adherence to terms and conditions outlined.
Prepare regular reports on the financial status and breaches
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or line manager
