Position:

Business Analyst

Reports to: Head – Strategic Initiatives And Epmo

Location : HEAD OFFICE

Desired candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Management or related field; a Master’s degree and a certification in relevant field is desirable.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Business
Analysis preferably in banking or fintech industry.

Job Purpose

To ensure that project objectives align with business needs. This includes requirement gathering and documentation, stakeholder engagement, process analysis and improvement, solution design and validation, project support, change management, risk management, and quality assurance, as well as using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver
data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.

Duties

Conduct research, data analysis, user experience analysis, and competitive research to understand business needs.

Collaborate with IT and other departments to design solutions that meet business requirements.

Work with innovation development groups to conduct insights and design outputs. Support project management activities and ensure timely delivery of solutions. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or line manager.
Provide regular project updates and formal reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Management, or a
related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Certification in Business Analysis (E.g. CBAP, CCBA), and/or Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2). Other certifications in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Management, or a related field are a plus.

Personal Attributes

Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, JIRA). Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks
simultaneously.

Excellent business analysis skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
proven ability to work well under pressure to meet established deadlines.

Willing to travel to various locations for site visits and on-site management of events.

Position

Project Management Specialist

Reports to: Head – Strategic Initiatives And EPMO

Location : HEAD OFFICE

Desired candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Management or related field; a Master’s degree and a certification in relevant field is desirable.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Project Management preferably in banking or financial institutions.

Job Purpose

To oversee and ensure the successful planning, execution and completion of projects within the Bank’s portfolio. Key aspects will include coordination of multiple projects simultaneously, engaging stakeholders and managing stakeholder relationships, managing project budgets, identifying and managing risks, providing regular updates and formal reports and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Duties

Work with Business Partners, in-house and group stakeholders on planning and overall implementing new products, services, and processes and their revamping as required.

Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Plan and coordinate UAT activities, ensuring that all test cases are executed and issues
are resolved.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and milestones. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or line manager
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Other certifications in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Management, or a related field are a plus.
