Job Title: Driver (2 Posts)

Duty Station: National Office – Dar es Salaam
Reporting to: Procurement and Logistics Officer

Job Summary: The Driver ensures safe and timely transportation, vehicle maintenance, and adherence to relevant regulations while supporting office logistics.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport staff and ensure vehicle maintenance.
  • Record trips and fuel consumption.
  • Assist with document delivery and other office tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate from VETA or NIT and a valid driving license.
  • At least 2 years of experience, preferably with an NGO.
  • Knowledge of child rights and child protection.

Job Summary: This role leads gender equality and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) interventions, ensuring vulnerable groups receive the necessary services while promoting gender equality and preventing violence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead SRHR interventions, focusing on gender equality.
  • Oversee gender-sensitive training and capacity-building activities.
  • Monitor and report on gender-focused project objectives and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Gender, Nursing, Public Health, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in gender, SRHR, and community engagement.

Job Summary: The Head of ICT is responsible for managing and implementing the ICT infrastructure and services across the organization, ensuring effective operation, security, and innovation in line with global policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage ICT systems, including LANs, WANs, Wi-Fi, and computing devices.
  • Ensure internet bandwidth and systems meet business needs.
  • Implement security measures for ICT systems and safeguard user data.
  • Manage the ICT budget, procure equipment, and conduct audits.
  • Support the integration of ICT for development to enhance services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical support and IT project management.
  • Expertise in LAN, databases, email systems, and Microsoft Server.
