POSITION: EVALUATION, MANAGEMENT, AND TRAINING OFFICER (60 POSITIONS)
LOCATIONS: Kiolo, Iringa, Mufindi, Njombe, Wanging’ombe, Makambako, Mbeya VIIIINI, Mbozi, Ileje, Chunya.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect various data from farmers in assigned villages as directed by your supervisor.
- Build strong relationships with farmers to ensure their cooperation during data collection.
- Ensure all surveys are filled out carefully and with high accuracy.
- Submit/synchronize completed surveys daily to the office and report to your supervisor.
APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum education: Certificate in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Accounting, or related fields (MANDATORY).
- Prior experience in data collection is preferred but NOT MANDATORY.
- Required attachments:
- Valid TIN Certificate (MANDATORY).
- National ID (NIDA Number) and Birth Certificate (MANDATORY).
- Educational certificates (starting from Form Four, Certificates, etc.) (MANDATORY).
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Ability to confidently communicate with farmers about the purpose of surveys conducted by the Evaluation, Training, and Management Department.
- Proficiency in using tablets or smartphones.
- Excellent communication skills in fluent Swahili.
- Ability to work with communities or farmers.
- Capability to work independently without close supervision.
- Willingness to work in rural areas, travel long distances, and reside in villages during the contract period.
- Note: The company will NOT cover relocation costs for selected candidates.
