Heart to Heart Foundation invites sealed tenders from eligible national contractors registered or capable of being registered as drilling contractors in Class seven and above for carrying out the geophysical survey and drilling of boreholes to 3 health centres located in Mtama, Nyangamala, and Nahukahuka Divisions, as well as the installation of submersible water pump/solar pump in Mtama District.
Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of Heart to Heart Foundation, Plot No. 36/37 Block, Jamuhuri St. Lindi, P.O. Box 412 Lindi, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM on Mondays to Fridays (except on public holidays).
A complete set of Tendering Documents in English, and additional sets, may be purchased by interested tenderers on submission of a written application to the address provided above. A non-refundable fee of Tshs 100,000/= is required. Payment should be made by cash or mobile money system, payable to Heart to Heart Foundation.

All tenders, including one original and one copy, must be properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes. These must be delivered to the address of the Country Programme Manager, Heart to Heart Foundation, Plot No. 36/37 Block, Jamuhuri St. Lindi, P.O. Box 412 Lindi, by 18:00 hrs on 3rd December 2024. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public, in the presence of tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend the opening at the Heart to Heart Foundation office at 10:00 AM on 5th December 2024.
