1. Site Foreman (2 Posts)
Job Description and Qualifications:
- Responsibilities:
- Report project progress to superiors
- Develop work schedules for workers
- Supervise all construction workers
- Be the liaison between workers and supervisors
- Resolve disputes between workers
- Ensure project staffing is adequate
- Assign tasks and ensure projects stay within budget
- Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil or Irrigation Engineering
- Ability to organize schedules and manage disputes
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience: 36 months
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Irrigation Engineering
2. Material & Cost Engineer (2 Posts)
Job Description and Qualifications:
- Responsibilities:
- Research, test, and select materials for construction projects
- Ensure materials meet strength, durability, and environmental resistance standards
