Role Purpose:
To undergo a comprehensive four-year training program combining
theoretical and on-the-job training (OJT) to acquire skills and the
Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA) license required to support
maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured training programs to master various engineering and aircraft maintenance skills.
- Learn to interpret technical manuals and inspect aircraft systems.
- Document inspection findings and corrective actions as per standard protocols.
- Maintain tools and workspaces in compliance with safety standards.
- Perform tasks such as assembling, disassembling, and repairing aircraft systems under supervision.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a logbook of skills and tasks learned.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or higher in Aeronautical or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or a related discipline.
